Colin Lynam - Head of Legal & Compliance
Colin Lynam completed his legal studies (LLB, LLM, and Bar Vocational Course) and was called to the Bar of England & Wales in 2006. After a brief period in legal practice, he chose to pursue a career in business. In 2008, he co-founded a Pharmaceutical and Life Sciences staffing business. Over the next 17 years he built and scaled teams in London, Munich, Sydney, Charlotte, and New York, playing a lead role in growing the business to over 150 sales consultants across offices on four continents. Throughout his career, Colin witnessed first-hand the internal and external challenges of hiring and retaining top legal and compliance talent. His combined passion for recruitment and the law led to the creation of Lex Exec.
Anne-Marie Kenny - Head of Talent Search
Anne-Marie is an integral part of our team, having worked alongside our Founder and CEO for over 12 years. Throughout her tenure, she has been dedicated to talent mapping, identification, and engagement, successfully working on hundreds of retained and exclusive search projects to date. Her team plays a crucial role in identifying the best legal and compliance talent in the market. They partner with candidates and clients to understand their personal and corporate wants, needs, and goals. Anne-Marie's approach reflects our core value of building trusted personal partnerships. As a result, she has become a go-to career partner and lifelong friend to many legal and compliance professionals, supporting them through multiple key stages in their careers.
